Dear Sirs,

This letter is very much overdue; however, I would like to thank your company for building such a reliable, cost-efficient product and then choosing the finest heating and air conditioning service group in Bay County, FL, to represent you.
The company I am referring to is Joe Ridge Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., in Panama City, Florida.
Having lived in Bay County for 20+ years, I've heard all the horror stories about many, many other service companies. However, I have never heard a legitimate bad word about Ridge Heating and Air Conditioning.
I have a fair amount of knowledge regarding air conditioning, including installation and service, and can testify to the quality workmanship that is done by Joe Ridge and his personnel.
I'll wager that per service truck, Joe Ridge has more satisfied customers in Bay County than his competition.
He doesn't claim to be the cheapest or largest, but Trane and Joe Ridge are a bargain when it is all said and done. He delivers what he promises.

Dear Mr. Ridge,
Thank you very much for cooling my house again. I want to compliment you on running a good business (a rare thing these days). You kept your word and followed through.
I remember the day you installed my 3.5 ton TRANE. You walked into my Opal-flooded den and talked with me. I was a widow lady, and I was very upset over the horrible damage to my home. You inspected your men’s work. This impressed me. Then you said to me, “Mrs. Hazzard, you purchased your TRANE during a special promotion. This provides you with a 10-year warranty.” I paid you, you sent me the papers, and yesterday you followed thru.
The two men who came out were courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Billy and Bob, I believe were their names. Your secretary called to tell me they were on their way but would be a few minutes late…another rare thing! Yes, you do run a good ship (as my deceased Coast Guard husband would have said).
Thank you again, Mr. Ridge. I am, and will continue to be, your best promoter and advertiser.

I want to thank you and your crew for the courtesy and professionalism shown while installing our new heat pump.
I had several estimates prior to accepting yours. You were the only company who even took the time to measure the residence and suggest a new door inside the storage area for the new unit.
We spoke with many friends and business owners prior to obtaining estimates and in conversation I never heard a negative comment about your company. In fact, what comments I did hear were all commendable.
Your installation crew stayed late the first day to make sure that we would not be without air prior to leaving. They were polite and courteous to my family and were very professional at all times during the installation.
